Featuring two interconnected buildings, the complex will provide 24,000m² of space dedicated to research, teaching, and clinical treatment. Construction is slated to start this month and is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
  • Warehouse in Koper: STRABAG will construct a €35.9m warehouse at the seaport, designed for steel coil storage. The facility will include a photovoltaic array and a transformer station to ensure a sustainable power supply. Work on the warehouse begins this month, with completion anticipated in early 2026.
  • Residential Development in Štepanja Vas: This €16m turnkey project features 97 non-profit rental units, communal areas, restaurants, shared housing units for older residents, and a two-storey underground car park with 188 spaces.
